November 25th Fundraising Event benefitting Children's Mercy and JVS

Subject: Join the Kansas City Jets for the Teddy Bear Takeoff: A Charity Event You Won't Want to Miss!

Dear Kansas City Hockey Community,

We're thrilled to announce an upcoming charity event hosted by the Kansas City Jets that combines exciting hockey action with a meaningful charitable cause where we will be giving back to children in need in our community —The Teddy Bear Takeoff.

Event Highlights:
When: November 25th, 5:40 pm
Where: Kansas City Ice Center
Teams: Kansas City Jets vs. Lincoln Nebraska Stars

What is the Teddy Bear Takeoff?
This event is a unique twist on the traditional Teddy Bear Toss. When the Kansas City Jets score their first goal against the Lincoln Nebraska Stars, fans will erupt and make it "rain" teddy bears onto the ice as the teddy bears take flight!

Charitable Impact:
All teddy bears and monetary donations will benefit Children’s Mercy and JVS, two local 501c3 organizations. These organizations serve children in need in our community. Our aim is to pack the arena and raise over $10,000, making a significant difference in the lives of many.

Why Attend?
Exciting Hockey Action: Witness a thrilling game between two formidable teams in the Midwest Hockey League.

Community Involvement: Become part of a larger effort to make a positive impact on the local community.

Great Sponsors: The event has already garnered support from notable local organizations, including Meara Welch Browne, P.C. Accountants and Consultants, and Hallmark.

How to Get Involved:
Attend the Game: Admission is free, and we're looking to pack the arena!

Bring a Teddy Bear: Don't forget a new or slightly used teddy bear to toss onto the ice. We’ll also have teddy bears for sale the day of the event that you can use.

Donate or Sponsor: Visit our website http://teddybeartakeoff.com for more information on how you can contribute.

Let's come together as a hockey community to make this event a resounding success! Your support will not only offer a fantastic spectacle but also benefit children in need right here in Kansas City.

We look forward to seeing you on November 25th at the Kansas City Ice Center!
