We are excited to announce that we will be doing the Papa Johns Card Fundraiser again this year! 

These cards are amazing. They are good for BUY ONE LARGE PIZZA, GET ONE FREE and can be used over and over for an entire year. This card is unlimited, meaning you can use it for multiple pizzas in one order  (for example: If you order 10 large pizzas in one year, you will get 10 pizzas for free that same order). The cards are only $15 each! 

This is an organization fundraiser, meaning the money goes back to the organization to help keep costs down each season. However, we have some awesome prizes!

Prizes:

Sell 5 Cards: Receive a Jr Mavs Drawstring Bag

Sell 10 Cards: Receive a Jr Mavs Beanie Hat (Plus the drawstring bag)

Sell 15 Cards: Receive a Jr. Mavs Hoodie (Plus the bag and the beanie hat)

Sell 20 Cards: Receive one (1) SUITE ticket to a KC Mavericks game (chaperoned by the Jr. Mavs) - donated by CCR Roofing! (Plus all the previous prizes)

Sell More than 20 Cards: For every card over 20 that you sell, you will get a ticket into a drawing to win a PS4 or XBOX (winners choice)!! For example, sell 25 cards and you will get all the previous prizes PLUS 5 entries into the drawing!

The Process:

Step 1: Sell Papa Johns cards to friends, family and neighbors from now until October 12th.

Step 2: Fill out the order form (see below) for each order and collect money UP FRONT (checks made out to KCYHA).

Step 3: Turn in order forms and money to your team manager or drop in the Jr. Mavs mailbox at the rink (on the wall by the entryway office).

Step 4: Cards will be delivered approximately 3 weeks after the order is submitted, and will be given to your team manager. Pass out cards to everyone on your order form!
