NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERS OF

KANSAS CITY YOUTH HOCKEY ASSOCIATION, INC. (“Association”)

If you are NOT able to attend in person, you will be able to attend the Annual Meeting by Zoom conference call using the above link.  See below 'Voting' information.

The purpose of the meeting is as follows:
1.  To elect one Director to hold office pursuant to the Corporation’s By-Laws for a term of THREE (3) years and until a successor has been duly elected and qualified.
2.  To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment or postponement.

Nominations:  Any Member may submit nominations by e-mail to Mary Helmick at mary@kcyouthhockey.com no later than FRIDAY, May 24, 2024.  Nominations may not be submitted at the Annual Meeting.  When submitting a nomination by e-mail, please include a brief biography and statement of interest for the person being nominated.  Incomplete nominations will not be accepted.

Voting:  Voting shall be conducted online.  Voting will open at the adjournment of the Annual Meeting and conclude two (2) hours thereafter.  Only Members with a player registered and in good standing with the Association and USA Hockey at the time of the meeting will be entitled to cast one (1) vote per player registered on each matter that comes before the meeting and any adjournment or postponement of the Annual Meeting.
